Students must complete the registration form in full without leaving any field blank.
Registration is valid for a maximum of six months from the date of registration.
Enrolment will be cancelled if tuition fees are not paid by the specified deadline.
Tuition fees are non-transferable.
Fees & Payment
The first installment must be paid before sessions begin; failure to pay will result in a hold on course access.
Remaining installments must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
Students are required to remit fees on time to avoid inconvenience or disruption to their classes.
The institute reserves the right to revise fees; however, ongoing students will not be subjected to fee increases during their current course of study.
Refund Policy
Refunds before the course starts will be issued after deducting VAT, registration, and administrative charges.
Refunds after the course starts will be processed after deducting VAT, registration fees, administrative charges, and the fee for completed hours.
No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course is completed.
Refunds due to medical emergencies or job relocation require documentation.
Refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable charges, and processing time will be communicated upon request.
A full refund will only be issued if the institute cancels the course.
Class Schedule & Attendance
The class timetable will be prepared in consultation with students
The institute may modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, and students will be informed in advance.
Requests for schedule changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and faculty or resource availability.
Students are expected to be punctual and regular in attending classes.
In case of absence or late arrival, the student must inform the institute in advance.
Pausing or stopping the course requires prior notice, and resumption is subject to seat availability.
Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to maintain discipline, behave professionally, and respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Outsiders are not permitted within the institute premises without prior permission from management.
No eatables are allowed in classrooms, and food items brought in will be confiscated. Misconduct may lead to dismissal without a refund.
