Terms & Conditions
Payment & Installments:
•	First installment must be paid before sessions begin; failure to pay results in a hold on course access. 
•	Remaining installments must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
Course Schedule Changes:
•	Requests for schedule changes must be submitted in writing and approved.
•	The institute may modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pausing or Stopping the Course:
•	Prior notice is required to pause or stop the course.
•	Resumption of classes is subject to seat availability.
Registration Validity:
•	Registration is valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the date of registration.
Refund Policy:
•	Refunds before the course starts will be issued after deducting VAT, registration, and administrative charges.
•	Refunds after the course starts will be processed after deducting VAT, registration fees, administrative charges, and the fee for completed hours.
•	No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course is completed.
Other Refund Scenarios:
•	Refunds due to medical emergencies or job relocation require documentation.
•	Refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable fees.
•	Processing time will be communicated upon request.
Conduct & Discipline:
•	Professional conduct is mandatory.
•	Misconduct may lead to dismissal without a refund.
Institute Rights & Policies:
•	The institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses.
•	A full refund will be issued if the institute cancels the course.
Certification & Examination:
•	Completion of all requirements is necessary for certification.
•	Certificates are issued only upon full fee clearance.
Compliance & Agreement:
•	Students must adhere to all policies and regulations.
•	Non-compliance may lead to termination without refund.
