1-The student certifies that all the information he/she has given is correct and AL MIHAD TRAINING CENTER is not responsible for any error.
2. This CBE booking  is provisional and the official confirmation will be given only based on the payment of fee to Al Mihad. 
3. All the terms and conditions set by ACCA Global for the CBE will be applicable to the students and have to strictly adhere to it. 
4. Exam fees will be forfeited if candidates fail to be present on the exam date registered.
5. No refunds will be granted once registration for the Examination has been officially confirmed.
6. Only candidates with valid ACCA membership are eligible.
7. All candidates must bring a suitable ID with photo and signature on the exam day.
8. AL MIHAD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule exams without prior notice 
9. If AL MIHAD cancels the exam, our liability shall be limited to a full refund of any exam you have paid for only. We will not refund any travel or accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of an examination.
10. Incase of any technical issues happen beyond the control of al Mihad Centre , the directives from ACCA Global will be applicable.
