Terms & Conditions
1-The student certifies that all the information he/she has given is correct and AL MIHAD TRAINING CENTER is not responsible for any error.
2-The admission fee is non-refundable & non-adjustable to any other student. The course cancellation can be made in writing within a week from the date of registration. A cancellation charges of AED 1,000 will be deducted from the course fee. No cancellation will be accepted after one week from the date of registration with Al Mihad
3-The course deferral or transfer must be submitted in writing within a week of Registration. After one week, no deferral and/or transfer will be accepted. However the course fee can be utilized within 6 months of payment.
4-The centre reserves the right to dismiss the student on non-payment of fee and report to relevant professional body for any misconduct or disciplinary action. The centre reserves the right to cancel the course any time. A full refund will be made if the cancellation is due to any reason beyond institute's control.
5-The tuition fee excludes any amount payable to professional associations for registration, examination, exemptions and study materials. The candidate has been informed about the relevant course charges and the modules pertaining to the respective courses along with their payment schedules, and should adhere to those terms
6-Al Mihad Training Center does not provide sponsorship/ visa for the duration of course. In order to purse the qualification ,arrangements for the visa to study in UAE will have to be made by the candidate at their own behest. The candidate confirms that the center will receive there ACCA exam results through ACCA's result service, which assists in the analysis of student pass rates.
