Payment & Installments:
- Failure to pay the first installment will result in an automatic hold on course access.
- Remaining installment payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Course Schedule Changes:
- Any request for a change in the schedule must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the requested change.
- The institute reserves the right to modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pausing or Stopping the Course:
- Students must provide prior notice if they wish to pause or stop their course.
- Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and resumption of classes will be subject to seat availability.
Registration Validity:
- Registration will be valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the registration date.
Refund Policy:
- If a refund is requested after registration but before the course starts, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting VAT, registration fees, and administrative charges.
- If a refund is requested after the start of the course, the refund will be processed after deducting VAT, registration fees, a fixed administrative fee, and the fee for completed hours.
- Refunds will only be granted if the reason for cancellation is valid and cleared with the management.
- No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed.
Other Refund Scenarios:
- Refunds requested due to reasons beyond the student's control (e.g., medical emergencies, job relocation) will require proper documentation.
- Refunds in such cases will be calculated after deducting VAT, registration fees, administrative charges, and the fee for completed classes.
- The refund processing time will be communicated during the refund request discussion.
Conduct & Discipline:
- Students must adhere to professional conduct and respect institute policies.
- Any misconduct, including disruptive behavior, may lead to dismissal without a refund.
Institute Rights & Policies:
- The institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to operational reasons.
- In case of course cancellation by the institute, a full refund will be issued.
Certification & Examination:
- Students must complete all course requirements to be eligible for certification.
- Certificates will only be issued upon full fee clearance.
Compliance & Agreement:
- Students agree to abide by all policies, guidelines, and academic regulations of the institute.
- Any failure to comply may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
